2004 Hawaiian Music Award Winners - Kontiki, have their new album release party on Dec 15th @ The Vault 350 (Long Beach, CA). After their successful 2003 album “Stand Tall”, Kontiki is to launch their most anticipated album in several years. If you loved “Stand Tall”, then Kontiki will not disappoint with their Pacific reggae grooves and Island rhythms. From old favourites like “I’ve Got Someone” to “Malie” and “Stand Tall”, Kontiki will create another stir on the island reggae charts with their new album.
Supporting Kontiki on their launch are fellow Pacific musicians J-Boogie & Sanga, Sons of Manasseh, Jah Mex, Palm Treez , Finau & Finn. So if you’re going to be in Southern Cali, then definitely lock in Dec 15th in your calendar as your night out to support Polynesia’s finest musical talents.
