An issue facing the developing nations these days is obesity. In many countries, obesity has taken the form of a disease. People are adding on unnecessary weight by indulging in over eating. Eating plenty of junk food adds to the weight of the individual. These junk foods are rich in carbohydrates and fats that get assimilated in the body. It is very difficult to get rid of fat from the human body. The only way the fat can be removed is by exterminating it. But exterminating it is a very difficult task considering the fact that a lot of physical activity is required to burn fat from human body. Since exercising is not an easy task, people lose control over their eating habits. One good method to burn fat is to learn the negative impact the accumulation of fat has on the human body.
